Which to choose

  • Need a specific color? Bella+Canvas has more.
  • Taller people or a slimmer look? Next Level’s longer cut.
  • Price-sensitive? Compare both with your printer: Next Level is often slightly cheaper.

Heather colors are blends

The solid colors of both shirts are 100% cotton. Heather colors are cotton and polyester blends, which feel a little softer, shrink less and print slightly differently. Ask your printer for a sample if the shirt color matters.

Printing on them

Both take screen printing, DTG (direct to garment) and DTF transfers well. Thin, soft shirts show every detail of a print, so a heavy plastic-feeling ink can feel stiff on them. For large prints, ask about water-based or discharge inks for a softer feel.

Sizing tips

Order a sample in your usual size before a big order. Ring-spun cotton can shrink a little after a hot wash, so wash cold and tumble dry low.

Is Bella+Canvas 3001 softer than Next Level 3600?

They’re very similar; many people can’t tell them apart blind.

Are both shirts unisex?

Yes. Both brands also make women's cuts, which run smaller and more fitted.
