  • Fewer ink colors = cheaper screen printing. One or two colors is the sweet spot.
  • Order more at once. Price per shirt drops sharply at 24, 48, 72 and 144.
  • Pick the blank wisely. A Gildan 5000 costs far less than a Comfort Colors 1717.
  • Avoid rush fees by ordering three weeks before your event.
