Printing tips

  • Print at actual size (100%), not "fit to page", so the lines stay a usable size.
  • It is laid out for US Letter paper and also fits A4.
  • Turn on "background graphics" if the colors come out pale.

  • Final artwork as a vector (SVG, PDF, AI) or 300 dpi PNG
  • Number of ink colors (screen printing prices by color)
  • Print locations: front, back, sleeve
  • Print size for each location
  • Proof approved in writing

  • Blank style and brand
  • Shirt colors
  • Size breakdown (count each size)
  • Order 5-10% extra for late sign-ups and misprints

Print and delivery

  • Print method: screen, DTG, DTF or vinyl
  • Turnaround time and in-hands date
  • Shipping cost and address
  • Total price per shirt, including setup fees
